At basement, we believe creativity is the driving force for positive impact. We partner with ambitious companies, entrepreneurs, and creators to move the world forward through the convergence of creativity and technology.
Our small but mighty studio houses a tight-knit team of visionaries, artists, and technologists who come together to create brands and experiences that define industries, drive revenues, and enact meaningful change. We have the pleasure of partnering with some of the world’s most exciting startups and industry leaders, including Nike, Mr. Beast, Vercel, Harvey.ai, Scale.ai, Replicate.ai, Linear, and more. Our work is serious, we are not.
The role of an Integrated Producer at basement goes beyond traditional project management, focusing on empowering team members, fostering autonomy, and shaping the studio’s production culture. As a strategic thinker and hands-on problem solver, the Integrated Producer operates behind the scenes, setting up and optimizing project infrastructure, tools, processes, and team structures to ensure smooth execution.
They observe project progress, stepping in only to remove blockers or resolve challenges, always driving projects forward on time and on budget. Effective communication is key—not about over-communicating but delivering the right information at the right time to both clients and teams. The Integrated Producer leads project kickoffs, reviews, progress updates, and planning sessions, ensuring deliverables meet both client expectations and studio standards. Additionally, they collaborate with leadership to improve processes, tools, and workflows, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution to drive impactful results and exceptional client service.
The position is remote, but most of our team is in the GMT-3 (ART) timezone, and most of our clients are in the PT timezone, so we expect some overlap for better collaboration. It's a plus if you're located in Mar del Plata.
